DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We provide the digital service on this site, which allows you to access; stream or purchase downloads of Digital Products and services (including information related to these products and associated artwork).

All Digital Products available through this site are owned or licensed to us, and protected by intellectual property rights.

You may download any of your purchased Digital Product files to a desktop computer for storage, and then sync them to your mobile device.

Any streaming or use of Digital Products purchased through this site is subject to the product license agreement. Upon payment of the price of the Digital Product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your personal use only with these terms of sale.

By downloading any of our Digital Products you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or transfer any Digital Products available through this site (whether the same are available as streams and/or downloads) in any manner other than explicitly described in the product license agreement. Nothing in these terms of sale grants to you any rights other than those expressly set out herein.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our digital products.
